Sports - Week of Sept 23rd 2013

1st XV won 41-14.

Three tries to josh McKimm, set the tone in an impressive display of running rugby. Portadown Col  tried to play very conventionally and kept driving the ball deep in to BGS territory. However the BGS 1st Xv played well and enjoyed the possession that the Ports gave them.

The 2nd XV were also impressive winners beating Portadown Col. 36 – 0.

Very encouraging to see some beautiful running rugby.

Medallion won 36-0 in another hard foourgt match, in Portadown.. Charlie Blair and Chris Goldthorpe again proving to be setting the standard in team performance.

Under 14 A played Clounagh Jnr School. They won their match 14-0. Zach Kerr was again outstanding, in leading his team by example.

The Under13 A team also won against Clounagh, 33-0. Still struggling to find their best form, however a much improved effort from last Monday.

A BGS clean sweep.
