Christmas Indoor Market and Present Drop
On Sunday, 7th December, the Atrium was buzzing when The Marcus & Amanda Memorial Fund held an indoor market to raise money to provide vital equipment for Maternity and Neonatal units across Northern Ireland.
Mr Greer put on his Christmas cheer, Santa and Mrs Claus were in their grotto, and stalls selling everything from candles to plants and many beautiful items in between resulted in the Fund raising a staggering £2620.
We would like to thank everyone who supported the event and we hope to see you all again next year. In the meantime, you can follow the events and news of the work of the fund on Facebook – The Marcus & Amanda Memorial Fund.
Related to this, The Salvation Army came into school to lift the presents that were left as part of the joint Marcus & Amanda Memorial Fund and BGS Christmas Present appeal. Again, we would like to thank everyone who contributed to this for your kindness and generosity.
Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a peaceful New Year.
